Other thing you should be careful about is it's power to delete things that you might not want to so, it's recommended you let the program do a backup of your registry and be advised that you can only run it as the administrator so if you share your computer with someone else remember that you may not be able to use it to clean up.
All thing told even though it has it's problems with interface and the database is not very informative it still is one of the best spyware removal tools available so if you think you have spyware and malware in your computer give it a go and see the results for yourself.
